What happens if a product is unavailable?

We do our very best to ensure that products are in stock at all times, however if a product is out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours and let you know when the product will be available.  If the time delay in unacceptable we will happily refund your money where payment has already been made.



What is your policy on returns & refunds?

Generally we do not refund for any purchase, however we are happy to exchange an incorrect size or where an item has a manufacturers fault.  All items must be returned in the condition they were received in.  We will not exchange if the product has obviously been used and ask that you do not remove tags or throw away packaging until you have carefully tried items on your dog to ensure the correct fit.

 

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and return postage costs are your responsibility.  All returns should be sent to Modpet Australia, PO Box 781, Cherrybrook, NSW, 2126, Australia.
