What happens if a product is unavailable? We do our very best to ensure that products are in stock at all times, however if a product is out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours and let you know when the product will be available.If the time delay in unacceptable we will happily refund your money where payment has already been made.
What is your policy on returns, refunds, exchanges & replacements? If you need to return a product please always contact us first to discuss the matter. Change of mind returns for refund must be within 14 days of receiving your order.Products & their packaging must be returned in resalable condition to receive a full product refund.If soiled or damaged in any way (ie. packaging torn, Doggles lenses smeared, fur on apparel, etc) please understand that the product cannot be resold and we will not be able to give you a refund.(Please Note: Original & return shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.) Returns for exchange must be within 14 days of receiving your order.Products & their packaging must be returned in resalable condition for an exchange to take place.If soiled or damaged in any way (ie. packaging torn, Doggles lenses smeared, fur on apparel, etc) please understand that the product cannot be resold and we will not be able to exchange it.(Please Note: Original & return shipping costs are your responsibility where returns are for exchange and you will also need to send a pre-paid bag for re-posting.) If you find a genuine manufacturing fault within a reasonable time (this is usually before the item has been used a lot) we will be happy to replace the item at no charge or give you a full refund.To save you the trouble of re-packing and posting the product back to us, if possible, please email photos showing the fault together with a covering note explaining the problem to info@modpetretail.com.au. All returns should be sent by Registered Post to Modpet Australia, PO Box 781, Cherrybrook, NSW, 2126, Australia. Refunds, exchanges or replacements will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods. If we are unable to exchange or replace a product within 14 days a refund will be issued in accordance with the terms written above. All refunds will be processed via your original payment method (eg. PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Cheque or Direct Deposit).
