Prices of goods and services, postage and handling fees, and other charges displayed on the waggle.com.au website are current at the time of display and are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and other product information. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

It is a condition of the person/s accessing, browsing and/or using the modpetretail.com.au website, [“You”, “Your”] that You accept that We will not be liable under any circumstances for any action You take relying on the information on this website or using any service which is accessible using this website. You expressly agree that Your use of the modpetretail.com.au website is at your own risk.

5. We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, We will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or phone number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received. All orders are subject to availability of stock and We undertake to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide prior to processing of orders.

6. It is Your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should You enter the wrong address, We are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at Our expense.

7. Change of mind returns for refund must be within 14 days of receiving Your order. Products & their packaging must be returned in resalable condition to receive a full product refund. If soiled or damaged in any way (ie. packaging torn, Doggles lenses smeared, fur on apparel, etc) please understand that the product cannot be resold and We will not be able to give You a refund. (Please Note: Original & return shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.)

8. Returns for exchange must be within 14 days of receiving Your order. Products & their packaging must be returned in resalable condition for an exchange to take place. If soiled or damaged in any way (ie. packaging torn, Doggles lenses smeared, fur on apparel, etc) please understand that the product cannot be resold and We will not be able to exchange it. (Please Note: Original & return shipping costs are Your responsibility where returns are for exchange and You will also need to send a pre-paid bag for re-posting.)

9. If You find a genuine manufacturing fault within a reasonable time (this is usually before the item has been used a lot) We will be happy to replace the item at no charge or give You a full refund. To save You the trouble of re-packing and posting the product back to Us, if possible, please email photos showing the fault together with a covering note explaining the problem to info@modpetretail.com.au.

10. We charge $5.00 per order for regular postal delivery Australia-wide. If You would like Express or Courier Delivery, You may be charged for delivery costs incurred. Title of the product(s) supplied passes to You after We receive cleared payment for the order. We will make every effort to deliver on time.

11. These Terms & Conditions and Your use of the the modpetretail.com.au website are goverened by the laws of New South Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of New South Wales.

12. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time. Such variations will become effective immediately upon publishing the new terms and conditions on the modpetretail.com.au website. By continuing to access or use the modpetretail.com.au website You will be deemed to accept all such variations.
