6. It is Your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should You enter the wrong address, We are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at Our expense.

7. If your purchase an item that is not the right size or fit, We will exchange it at no charge if the item is returned in a new, resalable condition with all packaging intact within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the above conditions are not met.

8. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt with all its original packaging. In the event that it is faulty or damaged, We will refund the original product price via the original method of payment. Alternatively you may request a replacement, which will be despatched (subject to availability) once we receive and have examined the faulty or damaged item.

9. We do not charge for regular postal delivery within mainland Australia. If you would like Express or Courier Delivery, you may be charged for delivery costs incurred. Title of the product(s) supplied passes to You after We receive cleared payment for the order. We will make every effort to deliver on time.

10. These Terms & Conditions and Your use of the the modpetretail.com.au website are goverened by the laws of New South Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of New South Wales.
